Policies: -EXTRA GUESTS: No extra guests allowed unless client is a minor and is being accompanied by an adult. - FOREIGN FILLS: I do work over other people’s work. If necessary, I will recommend a soak-off. - GUARANTEED SERVICE: If anything happens (chips, breaks) within 72 hours of your service, come back and get it fixed for no extra charge. - PAYMENT OPTIONS: Cash is preferred! Zelle accepted and Card payments accepted with additional $2 charge. - LATE/TARDINESS: Clients are allowed a 10 minute grace period. No call no shows will lead to automatic cancellation and will be charged 40% of the total service. Failure to pay cancellation fee will prevent future bookings. - OFF-DAY / AFTER-HOURS APPOINTMENTS: Appointments requested outside of my regular business hours, including scheduled days off, are available by request and will include an additional $20 fee. These appointments are subject to availability and approval.
